Problems Transfers from other
hosts We do not attempt to
apply for a transfer of your domain name. If your domain name is not working
after 72 hours with us then you need to do the following. Read this help file.
New
domain names purchased through Smart-Webhosting.com New Domains are
working, on average, within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive your IP and
user information within minutes to access your site.
Whois
contact information Can be changed by
faxing us your new information. This can be faxed to: 520-752-3587 be sure to
include your domain name and current contact information. Email
Settings The email on your
account will only work after the domain name is working, meaning when you type
www.yourdomain.com and it works apply the following to your email software on
your computer. Incoming email: mail.yourdomain.com and the out going email is
your ISP setting. Change MX records
Many of you do not know what this is
and this note is for those who do. We do not make changes to MX
records. 3rd party software
We do not do techinical support other
companies products. Down Servers
We always try to avoid this but it
does happen. We average 99.8% up times! We cannot process or answer emails when
servers are down. You may how ever send a email letting us know they are down.
We will answer the email when we get the systems back online.
Server
abusers We maintain our
servers with all customers in mind and we reserve the right to refuse business
to anyone at any time. We rarely have to in force this policy and when we do it
